Matt Perfette

Founder of Perfette Real Estate Group, Matt Perfette is a highly experienced real estate advisor serving the Arizona market. Since starting his career in 2017, Matt has successfully closed over 225 transactions and more than $80 million in sales, earning a reputation for integrity, strong advocacy, and trusted guidance. As a local Arizona native and member of the top-performing team at Jason Mitchell Real Estate, Matt is also a President’s Club honoree since 2021 and part of a team that collectively surpassed $6 billion in sales in 2025. (Next paragraph) Beyond real estate, Matt is deeply rooted in his faith, family, and community. He is actively involved in church and has participated in mission trips to Kenya, Nepal, and Cuba, experiences that continue to shape his heart for service and people. When he is not working, Matt’s greatest joy is spending time with his wife Jess and their two sons. As Arizona natives, they enjoy being outdoors together, camping, tailgating, exploring new restaurants, and cheering on Arizona professional sports including the Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Suns, and Arizona Diamondbacks. Whether at the park with his boys or watching a game with family and friends, Matt values balance, relationships, and living fully outside of work just as much as serving clients well within it.

Shannon is the backbone of the Perfette Real Estate Group experience. As Client Experience and Operations Manager, she ensures every detail of the transaction is handled with precision, care, and professionalism.
From contract management to timelines, communication, and coordination with lenders, escrow, and title, Shannon’s role is to create a seamless and stress-free experience for clients. Her attention to detail, proactive communication, and commitment to excellence allow clients to feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.
